I have scripts that create users, add avatars, create groups and sub-groups and then add users, create sites and then add users to the sites.

Do you plan to complete the alfCreateSpace.sh script? This would then allow me to create the folders within the sites and populate with content.

Thanks again fro creating such useful tools.

Best regards,
PaulPaul Hamptonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02722027893194317675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3862704576763351872.post-3812404604689437392012-09-25T14:49:56.552+02:002012-09-25T14:49:56.552+02:00Hi Michael!

Other things I used it for: Copy files from local disk to Alfresco (pain with JS, would need mounts/ftp etc). Updated a set of avatar pictures. Grep a log message from and pipe it to into Alfresco for review.....very easy from the shell if you are used to it.

Tell me your case?Lothar Märklehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02395488456732866307noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3862704576763351872.post-82436757383853356222012-09-25T14:14:23.106+02:002012-09-25T14:14:23.106+02:00Hi Lothar,
greetings!
This looks like a nice tool!...Hi Lothar,
greetings!
This looks like a nice tool!
What do you use it for? Usually, one has admin access to the customer's systems, and automating can often be done via JS.

Cheers,
MichaelMichael Böcklingnoreply@blogger.com
